With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a seasoned culinary professional recognized for blending creativity, passion, and precision in every dish. A graduate in Hospitality Management from a leading hotel school, I specialize in crafting exceptional dining experiences across a spectrum of culinary traditions, including French, Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, and Japanese cuisines. My expertise also encompasses developing customized menus for diverse dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and ketogenic diets, all with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Over the course of my career, I have held leadership roles in prestigious hotels across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East, with a significant tenure in Dubai. I have been instrumental in launching acclaimed restaurant chains and overseeing high-volume catering operations, consistently upholding excellence at every stage.

As a senior member of the Emirates Culinary Guild and a certified culinary competition judge by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS), I am deeply committed to advancing the art of gastronomy. My mission is to create not just meals, but immersive dining experiences that engage the senses and foster meaningful connections.
